FROM THE HEART: Once the shock is over that gluten is off limits, a whole new world opens. A world of research, recipe experimentation, and reaching out to others. Suddenly, coming in contact with people we would have never known becomes rewarding. Since we all have a purpose in life, why shouldn't we see this inconvenient lifestyle, of becoming gluten-free, as exciting! I recently read what Mordecai, Esther's uncle, said in Esther 4:14b "...who knoweth whether thou art come to the kingdom for such a time as this?" God opens doors in many ways. If we will walk through those open doors, with God's guidance, they can become enormous opportunities.
